As Fleet Claims Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end insurance claims agenda for Sezamo's fleet. You will manage claim cases with insurance companies, repair shops, and internal teams, ensuring fast, accurate, and compliant handling of all incidents. You will unify claim processes, improve data accuracy, and reduce downtime for vehicles, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer delivery performance. What we expect from you Own full insurance claims agenda, including liability, accident, windscreen, and driver-related claims. Manage claim documentation between fleet management and insurance companies. Lead daily coordination with insurance providers, workshops, and internal fleet operations. Control invoicing, reimbursement, and fulfillment of claims with insurers. Enforce co-payments, unpaid fees, and recovery of damages caused by couriers. Oversee the entire claim process from incident reporting to settlement. Communicate with insurers on claims reporting, inspections, and document handling. Unify insurance claim procedures and ensures standardized processes across all vehicles and sites. Support faster documentation for new and used cars, reducing delays and improving fleet availability. What we look for At least 1-2 years proven experience in insurance claims management, fleet operations, or related administration. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive documentation. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with external partners. Knowledge of insurance processes and claim settlement procedures. Fluency in local language and B2 english
