Responsibilities
- Process Management & Planning
- Define, organize, and lead the statutory consolidation process in coordination with Accounting, Group Controlling, Tax, and Treasury teams.
- Plan closing operations (schedule preparation, monitoring, alerts).
- Prepare and distribute instructions to subsidiaries (calendars, key focus areas).
- Draft and update group procedures and methodologies.
- Production of Consolidated Accounts (IFRS)
- Ensure the production of the Group's consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Manage the consolidation of Group accounts during monthly and annual closings.
- Calculate and monitor consolidation entries, specifically regarding external growth operations (M&A).
- Supervise the intercompany reconciliation process.
- Conduct methodical monthly reviews of transverse analyses (Working Capital, Cash Flow, Equity, Tax Proof, etc.). - Collaborate with and support the M&A and Corporate Development departments.
- Audit & Internal Control
- Perform necessary controls to ensure data reliability and maintain a robust internal control environment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for External Auditors.
- You will be part of a French Indian team. This is a strategic, hands-on expert role within a lean team structure. You will manage 1-2 analysts but will be personally responsible for complex consolidation entries and IFRS analysis.
Requirements
- Proven technical expertise in international consolidation & reporting.
- An interest in information systems and in improving existing systems.
- At least 10-12 years' experience in Group Consolidation (Corporate Center or Big 4 Audit).
- Proven experience on HFM (Hyperion), SAP FC (BFC), OneStream, or Tagetik).
- Experience in an international environment, i.e. regular interaction with entities around the globe.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally: ability to listen, understand, coordinate, lead and adapt to your contacts.
- Ability to analyze and propose solutions with autonomy and thoroughness.
- Working in fast-growing, agile environments, and you're able to adapt and react quickly.
- Good written and oral communication skills (you can lead meetings in English).
- Good to have :
