We are working on Privacy and Content Ecosystem to build a fair and trust platform for our users, by providing specific user protection, transparent controls and content distribution. Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, content designers, and engineers to shape strategic design decisions and deliver impactful, user-centered experiences across global markets.
- End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead the full design lifecycle-from concept ideation and user flows to high-fidelity visuals and pixel-perfect execution.
- Insight-Driven Design: Create solutions informed by a deep understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Leverage data and research to craft designs that are both innovative and practical.
- Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Translate conceptual ideas into prototypes and leverage stakeholder feedback and testing to quickly refine and iterate.
- Facilitate Innovation: Lead design sprints and workshops to collaboratively generate creative solutions to product challenges and opportunities.
- Elevate Design Quality: Champion design excellence and consistency by contributing to design systems and driving internal design initiatives.
- Knowledge Sharing: Present key design insights, project outcomes, and best practices to the broader team and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with UX and UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and well-reasoned design decisions.
- Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end - from strategy to launch - with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to rapidly generate multiple design concepts, iterate based on data and feedback, and deliver under fast-paced conditions.
- Curious, proactive, and self-driven; eager to explore new ideas and technologies (interest in AI-driven design a plus).
- Strong communication skills - can clearly articulate design rationale and facilitate alignment across teams.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and resilient when facing feedback and change.
- Global product awareness, passionate about improving user experience for diverse audiences.
- 3+ years of experience designing for consumer-facing products across mobile and web, ideally in video consumption, social, or content creation products.
- Experience working with data-driven design, A/B testing, and continuous iteration.
- Familiarity with front-end development or ability to work closely with engineers on implementation details.
- Enthusiasm for TikTok and its creator community.

- The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $220400 annually.
