Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage MEP subcontractors and site personnel.

  • properly implemented.
  • Verify on-time delivery by subcontractor and accuracy of redline markups and as-built drawings.
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site supervision on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Additional Information

The MEP Site Superintendent leads and supervises all MEP activities on-site, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with other trades, review shop drawings and material submittals, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues. This role drive compliance with codes and regulations while supporting inspections, documentation, and system handover. The salary range for this position is $140,000 CAD - $190,000 CAD, plus additional benefits.
