As a Senior Manager, you will: - Serve as the primary intake point for all capital construction and renovation project requests - Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Moves, Adds, and Changes team and associated subcontractors - Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate scope, feasibility, cost, and operational impact - Maintain technical ownership and decision-making authority throughout project development and execution and coordinate architectural and engineering design efforts to support project delivery - Develop detailed scopes of work to support accurate budgeting and scheduling - Develop, maintain, and update the 5-year capital plan, including budgets and priority sequencing - Prepare and present project proposals, updates, and funding requests to senior leadership and the Capital Committee - Be able to prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations to support project approval, funding decisions, and prioritization - Be able to translate operational needs into executable project scopes that inform long-range capital planning - Be able to develop project strategies, delivery approaches, and prioritization recommendations aligned with clinical, operational, and enterprise goals - Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others Strong customer relations skills Qualifications include: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 8 years' experience in Construction Project Management (both in house and contracted) - Computer-Aided Design (CAD / DWG) - Advanced Technology Group (ATG) system databases and control panels or similar - Direct Digital Control (DDC) and Building Automation System (BAS) control systems - Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) or similar - 5 years of supervisory/management experience - Valid US Driver's License Required Work Schedule: Employment Type: Full-time Hours per Week: 40 hrs/week Typical Daily Schedule: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Monday through Friday Shift Type: Day Weekend Requirements: Required based on the needs of the department Holiday Requirements: Required based on the needs of the department On-Call: be able to take calls as needed Shift Differential Eligible: No Pay Range: $105,664.42 - $158,496.00 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
