Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • You may be a great fit if you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, home infusion, DME, logistics, or inventory/asset management
  • Experience managing or supporting large-scale inventory or equipment fleets (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working with patients, caregivers, and external vendors
  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge of home infusion workflows and ambulatory infusion pump operations
  • Experience with asset tracking, loss prevention, and recovery processes
  • A continuous improvement mindset with experience optimizing workflows
