Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the design and implementation of operational excellence programs and processes at the local level.
  • Monitor and control documentation related to value stream improvement processes and initiatives.

  • Technical training in customer relationship management is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
