About the role

Specialized Experience for this position includes: Leading a federal personnel security program encompassing onboarding, suitability and national security adjudications, credentialing, continuous vetting, and clearance reciprocity operations; AND Developing and implementing personnel security policies and procedures in accordance with Executive Orders, Trusted Workforce 2.0 requirements, and federal personnel security regulations; AND Overseeing position designation, risk and sensitivity determinations, and adjudications using Security Executive Agent Directive 4 guidelines and Security Executive Agent Directive 7 reciprocity requirements; AND Directing multi-branch security operations through subordinate supervisors, including workforce management, resource allocation, contract oversight, and performance management; AND Advising senior executives and coordinating with federal investigative, adjudicative, and intelligence agencies on complex personnel security, clearance, and compliance matters. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
