- Strong practical understanding of rebar / reinforcement works
- Familiar with rebar quantity take-off, drawings, and measurement logic
- Comfortable communicating with multiple parties, including clients and internal teams
- Good understanding of construction-related workflows
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Independent, proactive, and organized
- fluent in Chinese and English
