Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution Assist with end-to-end finance integration during acquisitions, including due diligence, post-close execution, and policy alignment.

  • Risk & Issue Management Help identify and mitigate risks early in the integration process.
  • Assist with resolving bottlenecks and ensure timely decisions on key issues.
  • Aid with overseeing internal controls, compliance and risk management
  • Reporting & Governance Assist in building reporting to enable report outs on progress to senior executives and steering committees.
  • Help identify requirements from governance and compliance standpoint and coordinate the compliance requirement through key stakeholders

  • Ability to travel (10%) during the integration either domestic or international.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial operations, integration, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in financial systems integration and reporting consolidation.
  • Proven experience in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of financial compliance and reporting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Position Criteria:
