Sales Director - Healthcare (Dental & Aesthetics) Location: Remote US Type: 100% New Business Development Position Summary The Sales Director is responsible for driving net-new customer acquisition within Jabil Healthcare, targeting top-tier dental, aesthetics, and adjacent healthcare companies. This is a pure hunter role, focused on landing new logos and building long-term strategic partnerships. This role leads highly consultative, enterprise-level sales engagements with complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes. The Sales Director will build executive-level relationships and position Jabil as a preferred, long-term manufacturing partner by delivering end-to-end, vertically integrated solutions across the product lifecycle. You will partner closely with Business Unit leadership and cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Legal to develop solutions, win new programs, and ensure successful execution. What can you expect to do? New Business Development & Strategy Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to acquire new customers across dental, orthodontics, aesthetics, and adjacent healthcare markets Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities; drive deals from prospecting through close Build and maintain C-level relationships within target accounts Lead complex, consultative sales cycles focused on value creation and long-term partnerships Partner with internal leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and win new business Sales Execution & Commercial Leadership Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solution development, negotiation, and close Lead executive-level presentations Maintain clear visibility into pipeline, forecasts, and deal progression Deliver against bookings targets with strong focus on profitability and return on investment Solution Development & Cross-Functional Alignment Translate customer requirements into scalable manufacturing solutions Collaborate with the Business Unit, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to design competitive offerings Promote Jabil's full capabilities, including: PCBA and advanced electronics Electromechanical and complex assembly Precision injection molding and tooling Device design, development, and prototyping (DFx, value engineering) Automation, testing, and quality systems Packaging, sterilization, and post-manufacturing services Support seamless transition from deal closure to program launch What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?
