About the role

We are seeking a Senior Analyst - Financial Control to join CSL's Corporate Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Your role sits within CSL Corporate and supports the entire CSL Enterprise, including CSL Behring, CSL Vifor, and CSL Seqirus. Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Control, you will play a key role in maintaining financial policies, managing internal controls, and supporting statutory reporting across the group. You will support in the maintenance and enhancement of internal control frameworks and financial policies across CSL globally. You will assist with segregation of duties, access reviews for key finance systems and related risk mitigation activities. You will support the Group's internal management and control representation process, including coordination of monthly and bi-annual activities and summarising key outcomes to support timely and appropriate responses You will support enterprise-level financial risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies. You will help prepare half-year and year-end statutory financial statements, including audit coordination and support the maintenance of financial statement data within group reporting systems. You will collaborate with finance business partners, COEs, and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting and policy compliance. Your skills and experience Minimum 3 years' experience in financial controls, reporting, and accounting; experience with Big 4 firms and ASX-listed companies is highly desirable. Professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA) is required; a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is necessary. Strong technical knowledge of AIFRS and ASX rules.
