Responsibilities

- Support monthly and annual stock counts.
- Ensure accurate inventory records within ERP/MRP systems.
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or at-risk stock.
- Operational Coordination
- Act as the key link between Sales, Procurement, Production, Transport, and Quality departments.
- Communicate production schedules and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with transport and dispatch planning where required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the mill.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all planning activities comply with feed safety, HACCP, quality assurance, and company procedures.

- Report hazards, incidents, and non-conformances promptly.
