Lead the commercial strategy behind the sale of hundreds of campervans and motorhomes across the United States and Canada while owning profitability, growth, and operational excellence for one of Indie Campers' fastest-growing business units. This is a unique opportunity to build a regional commercial organization from the ground up and shape the future of vehicle sales across North America. As our Head of RV Sales - North America, you will own the commercial strategy, profitability, and growth of the RV Sales business across the United States and Canada. You will oversee B2B, B2C, and auction sales channels, build a high-performing commercial organization, and develop the partnerships, processes, and capabilities required to maximize fleet remarketing performance across the region YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Own the full P&L of the RV Sales business across North America. Lead sales performance across all channels: B2B partnerships, auctions, and direct-to-consumer sales. Develop and execute the regional remarketing strategy to maximize fleet profitability and inventory turnover. Build and scale a high-performing commercial team based in Mexico City. Develop strategic relationships with dealerships, brokers, OEMs, financing partners, and auction platforms. Design scalable sales and fulfillment processes that deliver operational excellence and outstanding customer experiences. Partner with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Asset Management teams to optimize vehicle acquisition, utilization, and disposal strategies. Monitor commercial KPIs, inventory performance, margins, and forecasting accuracy to drive data-based decision making. WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS: 7+ years leading commercial teams in automotive, mobility, fleet, dealership, remarketing, or adjacent industries. Experience managing multi-market commercial operations. Strong understanding of sales performance, margins, and P&L ownership. Strong understanding of vehicle lifecycle economics, inventory management, and resale dynamics. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Fluent English. Experience working across multiple markets or regions. Strong understanding of vehicle lifecycle economics, depreciation, resale value, and inventory management.
