Responsibilities

- Familiarity with Singapore construction contracts and regulations.
- Strong understanding of tendering, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of SIA, PSSCOC, or other standard forms of contract.
- Experience handling both Mechanical and Electrical trade packages.
