We are seeking an HR Professional to join our People and Performance (P&P) team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you have 2-3 years of HR experience and are looking to truly immerse yourself in an operational advisory position in the exciting and ever changing utilities industry, then this is the perfect role for you. This is a frontline, fast paced consultant role focused on day-to-day operational execution and support, where your strong stakeholder relationships will see you build trusted partnerships across the business. You will work alongside a highly experienced team who will support your growth and help you elevate your generalist and ER capabilities. The Role: Provide guidance and support to your internal customers on all people and employment matters. Coach leaders on how to respond to employment matters including performance, conduct, long term absence and health issues. Prepare remuneration recommendations and supporting remuneration and performance cycles. Support our company cultural streams and initiatives including diversity and inclusion, safety, people engagement, and mental health programs. Apply policies and frameworks to appropriately balance business risk and agility, ensuring alignment with legal obligations. About you: 2-3 years of practical, generalist HR or ER experience (experience within contact centres or retail operations is highly desirable). Relevant Degree or Diploma - e.g.HR Management. A solid understanding of performance management systems and the ability to identify risks and generate quick, compliant solutions. Strong relationship management skills with a desire to provide an exceptional experience to internal stakeholders.
