- Experience working in a manufacturing, laboratory, or cleanroom environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with cGMP practices and regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures and documentation requirements.
- Willingness to work in a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
