Your Role Responsible for the preparation, analysis, and review of the consolidated financial statements for the ZEISS Group Ensure compliance with both internal accounting policies and external regulations, according to IFRS Serve as the main point of contact for all consolidation-related matters Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and represent consolidation topics professionally to external auditors Provide clear and comprehensive information during the financial reporting process Project lead for the implementation of a new consolidation tool Handle special consolidation-related assignments as required Drive the digital transformation and process optimization of group consolidation activities Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve high performance Your Profile Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field Extensive experience working in an international audit firm and/or in group accounting within a multinational corporation Deep expertise in accounting and consolidation under IFRS standards Proven success in project management Experience in leading teams Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as ERP and consolidation software (e.g., SAP SEM/BCS) Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is not mandatory but a strong advantage If you recognize yourself in this profile and are eager to take on a central role in the financial management of an international company, we look forward to receiving your application.
