Responsibilities

  • Human Resources Support:
  • Maintain, update, and organize employee profiles, attendance records, and leave management systems.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics, including preparing employment contracts, orientation, and collecting required documentation.
  • Coordinate the compilation of monthly timesheets and timelogs to assist with accurate payroll, commission and CPF processing.
  • Support the tracking and implementation of internal company policies (e.g., scheduling, outlet leave caps, and attendance tracking updates).
  • Office Administration:
  • Manage general administrative workflows, including data entry, filing, document archiving, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Assist management with drafting internal memos, scheduling meetings, and organizing logistics for company events or announcements.
  • Job Requirements
  • Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR administration or office support is preferred.

  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable adapting to cloud-based HR systems or digital clock-in platforms.

  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with retail/outlet staff and management.
