Prepare Operating Rooms: Set up and organize the surgical environment before and after procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available. Assist in Surgeries: Provide direct assistance to surgeons during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Instrumentation Management: Handle and pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team, maintaining proper sterile technique. Patient Preparation: Participate in patient preparation activities, ensuring they are comfortable and informed before entering the operating room. Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and care of surgical instruments and equipment, contributing to their proper functioning and longevity. Collaborate on Safety Protocols: Work collaboratively to implement and adhere to safety protocols, contributing to a secure and effective surgical environment. You Have: Accredited Surgical Tech Education: Successfully completed an accredited post-secondary education program in surgical technology. Exceptional Customer Service and Teamwork: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, thriving in a team environment, and possessing strong communication skills. Commitment to Excellence: Exhibit a strong dedication to excellence across all facets of the role, contributing to a positive work environment.
