📍 Work Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore 🕘Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm (5 days) 💰 Salary: Commensurate with experience | AWS + Variable Bonus Job Description Develop and maintain quality control processes across production lines Carry out incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished products Manage non-conformance reports, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve yield Monitor quality metrics, process capability, and defect trends Support internal, external, and certification audits including ISO 9001 Maintain quality documentation, inspection standards, and work instructions Support supplier quality management and incoming material inspections Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma projects Track and report on quality performance to support ongoing process improvements
