Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Regional Head: FX Product House (FXPH) to lead our regional Forex and Trade business. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, executing sales strategies, and delivering innovative foreign exchange and cross-border solutions to our clients. As a senior leader and FAIS Representative, you will play a critical role in shaping regional strategy, building high-performing teams, and ensuring strong governance and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Drive Revenue Growth: Deliver on regional FX, Trade, and cross-border revenue targets while expanding wallet share and market presence - Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a regional Forex and Trade sales strategy across key industries and client segments - Client Leadership: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions aligned to their needs - Commercial Execution: Oversee structuring and execution of complex FX and hedging solutions in collaboration with product and global markets teams - Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team, driving a culture of accountability and excellence - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across FNB and RMB coverage, product, risk, and operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions - Market Development: Identify new growth opportunities, including cross-border corridors and emerging markets - Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to SARB, Exchange Control, and FAIS requirements, maintaining a strong risk and governance culture
