The AR Cash Management Team Lead is responsible for leading the team's daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting transactions, compliance with internal controls, and delivery of high-quality financial reporting. The role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day team activities, workload allocation, and prioritization Set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of KPIs Ensure accuracy and completeness of General Ledger and AR-related transactions Approve journals, reconciliations, and accounting entries in line with policies Oversee bank, receivables, intercompany, and cash management activities Deliver timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Drive process improvements and ensure documentation is up to date Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of team members Manage escalations, team coverage, and performance topics Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Relevant experience in accounting, AR, or finance operations Team leadership or people management experience Experience in multinational or shared services environment (advantage) Other skills (Computer Skills, etc) Strong Excel and ERP (SAP preferred) skills Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and team performance Leadership, coaching, and problem-solving capabilities Languages: Fluent English (required) Additional European language (advantage) Academics Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) is a plus Additional Information for the job Diversity & Inclusion LDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.
