- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation
- Experience with Salesforce and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP platforms such as Hyperion, ACCPAC, or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency within the Microsoft business ecosystem
