Manager - Americas, Channel Partner and Power Management Working within Woodward's Industrial Product Line Segment, this role will be responsible for leading a regional team that is accountable for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen Channel Partner and customer relationships. This role leads hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for the sales team while ensuring execution of customer engagement plans, gameboards, and heatmaps. The Sales Leader uses sales data, financial metrics, and market insights to monitor performance, address operational challenges, and align priorities with business goals. This position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, customer management, and problem-solving skills to build a high-performing sales organization.
