  • Comfort with technology and systems, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PDF documentation (SAP experience a plus)
  • Work Environment
  • Primarily based at a ready‑mix concrete plant in Charleston, WV, with responsibility for up to four sites within a 40‑mile radius
  • Monday-Friday schedule, typically 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, on rare occasions there are earlier starts or depending on business needs. Saturday work is very rare
  • Combination of indoor and outdoor work, with exposure to varying weather conditions, moving equipment, and typical industrial noise levels
  • Role involves frequent walking, standing, ladder climbing, and site presence in support of daily plant operations
  • Occasional overnight travel for business meetings, required training, and periodic travel to the corporate office
