MCCS is a comprehensive program that supports and enhances the quality of life for Marines, their families, and others in the Marine Corps Community. We offer a team oriented environment comprised of military personnel, civilian employees, contractors and volunteers who keep the organization functioning smoothly and effectively. ¿ A minimum of four years of experience as Supervisor or Manager. ¿ Must have specialized experience working at journeyman level of the carpentry trade. ¿ Must have the ability to interpret and read blue prints and schematics, scale drawings, and other diagrams essential to the work. ¿ Must have knowledge of a variety of trades involving plumbing, painting and masonry work. ¿ Knowledge of pertinent safety, occupational health and environmental regulations. ¿ Strong Administrative, Managerial and Computer skills required. ¿ Must have ability to gather and organize varied tasks, distinguish priorities, and plan for future contingencies. ¿ Must be skilled in written and oral expression and in using communications and counseling techniques to foster team effort. ¿ Experience as a Licensed Contractor is preferred. ¿ Knowledge of NAF Policy and Procedures preferred.
