Your Mission We are looking for a Client Success Technical Manager to join our Business department, reporting directly to our COO. You will take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor. Your mission will be to build strong, long-term relationships, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the Onebox platform and identifying opportunities for growth. You will guide customers through every stage of their journey - from onboarding to ongoing optimization - managing their needs proactively and strategically. Working hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Tech teams, you will ensure a seamless client experience while driving retention and account expansion.
