Your Job Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business challenges, product hypotheses, and decision-making needs Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to user engagement, retention, conversion, and product performance, and derive concrete, actionable recommendations Translate qualitative business questions into measurable analytical frameworks and reporting solutions Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support product development Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, feature adoption, funnels, and customer journeys Design and evaluate A/B tests and provide recommendations based on experiment results Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve tracking quality and event instrumentation Present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Your Profil 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis and/or consultancy Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently Experience in writing SQL queries and working with databases such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerBI skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Familiarity with programming languages like Python is a plus Your Team As a team of three analysts, we support Statista's Product department to meet its analytical needs. We transform data into actionable insights that support product development, optimization, and strategic decision-making. Through reporting, analysis, and experimentation, we help teams better understand users and measure the success of product initiatives.
