The Coordinator of Fiscal Operations provides professional-level financial, budgetary, and administrative support for departmental operations. This position is responsible for coordinating fiscal activities including budget monitoring, procurement, accounts payable and receivable functions, financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance with institutional, state, and federal policies. The coordinator works collaboratively with internal departments, vendors, and leadership to ensure accurate financial management and efficient operational support. Major Responsibilities Coordinate and process purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement activities in compliance with institutional and state policies. Coordinate and maintain monthly telecommunications billing processes, including teleconferencing services, cellular accounts, data services, and other communication-related operational expenses, ensuring accurate allocation, reconciliation, and timely processing. Monitor, reconcile, and maintain campus-wide copier and multifunction device billing activities, including usage tracking, invoice verification, account coordination, and operational oversight of copier services and equipment. Verify receipt of goods and services and process receiving transactions within the financial system to support accurate purchase order reconciliation and timely vendor payment processing. Maintain organized billing records, supporting documentation, and financial files to ensure compliance with institutional procedures and audit requirements. Perform additional fiscal and administrative duties assigned in support of departmental operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in financial management, budget planning, grant administration and/or financial reporting. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
