This is a remote-first agency, but some projects involve onsite work. I'm the founder and CEO, and I'm trying to do what I call "enlightened business". I take responsibility for both staff and clients, and I look for people who approach their work with a similar sense of ownership. Applicants must meet a high bar - I personally review every hire. We're currently especially seeking: Back-end, Front-end, and Full-Stack Software Engineers, Tiers 3 and 4 (Typescript/Javascript, React, NextJS; Ruby on Rails; Python; DevOps, and third-party API integrations) Tier 3 roles are typically 5-10 years experience with $150-$180K total comp. Tier 4 roles are 11-20 years experience, $215-$260K total comp. Higher tiers exist, and we always welcome exceptional applications. Though not yet universal, many of our clients are now demanding senior/staff engineers with success using modern agentic approaches.
