Responsibilities

  • Undertake financial and investment analysis
  • Prepare feasibility studies, investment proposals and sensitivity analysis for M&A projects

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in Finance or Accounting or any related field;
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling and financial analysis;
  • Strong analytical skills (ability to read, interpret and communicate detailed quantitative data);
  • Intermediate level or above in MS Excel and experience in Real Estate Development would be advantageous;
  • A polite and tactful communication style;
  • Highly flexible and ability to work under pressure;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong time-management, organizational skills and ability to self-manage; and
  • Proficiency in English and Thai languages
