Responsibilities

- Technology & Reporting
- Utilize Workday and other recruiting technologies to manage candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting data.
- Ensure recruiting activity, candidate records, and requisition information remain current and compliant.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes and process efficiency.
- Leverage technology and automation tools to improve recruiter productivity and candidate engagement.
- Partnership & Collaboration
- Build strong working relationships with HR, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Collaborate with global Talent Attraction team members to share best practices and support organizational hiring priorities.
- Participate in Talent Attraction projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Provide feedback on hiring trends, candidate experience, and process improvements.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting EMEA markets.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and business areas.
- Experience working in multilingual and multicultural environments preferred.
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple countries preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing capabilities.
- Knowledge of EMEA labor markets and recruiting practices.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday preferred), sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team.
- Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
