Responsibilities Offer excellent customer service to Swedish-speaking clients and guests across diverse hospitality environments. Manage inquiries, reservations, and service requests through phone, email, and face-to-face communication. Assist clients in navigating available hospitality services and amenities with professionalism and clarity. Handle and effectively resolve customer complaints or issues to ensure a positive experience for guests. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to contribute to an exceptional guest experience. Stay updated on the latest hospitality trends to provide clients with well-informed suggestions. Document client interactions and feedback for quality assurance and continuous improvement. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. Strong problem-solving skills focused on achieving customer satisfaction. Knowledge of hospitality services with the ability to effectively share this information with clients. Competent in utilizing CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
