Responsibilities

  • System Implementation: Design and deploy robust a Quality Management System across the SSC to ensure service consistency.

  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary bridge between country-level leadership and SSC operational teams.
  • TOM Alignment: Ensure all migrations strictly adhere to the defined Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks in the migration pipeline and implement proactive solutions to ensure "business as usual" during transitions.
  • Service Catalog Update: Ensure the Service Catalog Structure is updated and aligned with Migrations and TOM
  • Qualifications & Skills

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Quality Management, Process Improvement, or Project Management (SSC experience highly preferred).
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in process mapping and presentation tools.
  • Soft Skills
  • Exceptional resilience, organization, negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
  • Mindset
  • A "continuous improvement" DNA and solutions oriented approach
  • Languages
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
