Requirements
- Demonstrated business development, relationship management and presentation skills.
- Strong drive to exceed growth targets and manage a complex sales pipeline.
- Strong experience in capital markets or related area.
- Proven ability to build and maintain senior relationships across the capital markets ecosystem and with corporate entities.
- Experience in developing and delivering business development initiatives.
- Understanding of the listing requirements and regulatory framework for listed companies.
- Ability to navigate internal hierarchies and influence cross-functional teams to achieve customer-focused outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in finance, business, law or another relevant subject.
- Experience in equity capital markets, investor relations, funds management or broking.
- MBA or equivalent qualification.
