The Oncology Product Manager (PM) will lead the development of growth plans and tactics, engage in activities such as Brand and Diagnostic Strategy, Strategic, Operational Planning and Execution. You will cover the Malaysia market and will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners in Singapore, Malaysia and the regional team to deliver assigned marketing portfolio. What you will do? - Work on strategic planning to drive brand/franchise performance to ensure successful market penetration and leadership while developing programs to maximize field selling efforts. - Create business proposals and budget plan including forecasting model for management review and approval. - Develop and plan resource allocation effectively to address changing market dynamic and conceive innovative marketing programs including digital initiatives. - Formulate, direct and coordinate all customer segment marketing activities and tactics to launch and promote brand/franchise with strong cross functional team and agencies partnerships. - Appropriately challenge the status quo to re-evaluate and validate brand strategy or positioning within a franchise to optimize competitive position in short and long term. - Create and enhance relationships, internally and externally, that contribute towards establishing the brand/franchise (key customers, thought leaders, associations and industry players) and implement effective KOL strategy. - Manage brand budget efficiently, develop promotional program/materials timely that enables effective delivery of marketing messages, support CMEs and conduct product trainings to field-force. - Identify opportunities to exceed current objectives and plans to re-allocate existing or additional resources resulting in improved ROI. - Involved in training, supervising and guiding talents to ensure timely delivery of assigned short-term projects and tasks. What you should have? - A bachelor's degree in life science, biomedical science or pharmacy with a minimum of 1-2 years of product management experience in Oncology. - A strong digital marketing experience is highly recommended. - Added advantage if you have prior experience in sales or possess diagnostic background in Oncology. - Strong strategic mindset, proven project management skills and great interpersonal skills. - Positive attitude and customer focus with attention to details and an eye for quality will aid in your success in this business-critical role.
