  • Essential Functions
  • Under general supervision, the Non Licensed Employee performs support, administrative, clerical, technical, or patient-support duties as assigned. This role supports departmental operations and/or patient care services at Tri-City Medical Center while transitioning employment to Sharp HealthCare.
  • Perform assigned duties specific to department or role
  • Support daily operational workflows and team needs
  • Provide customer service to patients, families, staff, and visitors as appropriate
  • Accurately complete documentation, data entry, or records as required
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
  • Participate in required orientation, training, and transition-related activities
