Responsibilities

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Valid CDL Class A License with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 3 years of CDL driving experience (5 years Preferred) (Live animal transport experience preferred)
  • Successful completion of a motor vehicle record check
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable driving for extended periods
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Solid knowledge of roadways, traffic laws, and DOT regulations
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must be comfortable working with animals of varying sizes
  • Additional Requirements
  • May require compliance with ongoing tuberculosis (TB) screening and testing in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines

Home Base: Frederick, MD (routes across East Coast territory) Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (may include 2 overnights + rotating routes); Full time position (40 hours guaranteed) Starting Rate: $33.51/hour Benefits: Full benefits available within 30 days of hire
