About the role

This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Human Resource Solutions - OHRS in Summerville, SC. The incumbent is responsible for agency policy and programs related to Human Resource development and training. GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector: designing studies to assess the effectiveness of training programs and services; and conducted studies of training programs and related management processes to identify opportunities for improvement of corporate, continual learning programs and services; and reviewing, evaluating, collaborating, and advising human resources staff and customers on a wide variety of human resource development programs and initiatives; and implementing recommendations on ways to improve programs. These qualifications must be clearly referenced in your resume. If you are a current career or career-conditional federal employee applying for promotion under Merit Promotion you must have completed a minimum of 52 weeks in positions at the next level lower than the position being filled.
