Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Low Code Engineer You will work in Singapore Government Agencies Internal Code: A26205 This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 1 year. We are seeking an experienced OutSystems developer with strong full-stack development capabilities to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine OutSystems platform expertise with complementary programming capabilities to deliver comprehensive solutions across the entire application stack. What will you do? Application Development Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications using OutSystems platform and complementary technologies Customise and configure OutSystems components, modules and integrations to meet product objectives and requirements Develop end-to-end solutions including custom integrations, serverless functions, and microservices when OutSystems native capabilities need extension Implement data models, business logic, user interfaces, APIs, and associated unit tests across the entire application stack Leverage industry and technical background to create high-level solutions with long-term value Collaboration & Quality Assurance Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Participate actively in agile ceremonies and conduct review sessions with stakeholders Conduct unit testing, debugging and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and reliability Ensure and maintain the CI/CD pipeline for seamless code promotion and deployment Work closely with QA teams to validate functionality, performance, and security Maintenance and Operational Support Maintain application codebase including OutSystems platform components and custom integrations Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues efficiently across all technology layers Monitor and optimise application performance across the full stack What are we looking for? At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing applications using OutSystems, preferably with OutSystems certifications Proficiency in OutSystems platform features, including visual modelling, logic flows, data modelling, and user interface design Full-stack development capabilities including; Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) Back-end: Python, C#, Java, or Node.js AWS Services: Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, and other relevant services for enterprise application deployment Knowledge of SQL and database design principles Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and API integration patterns Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline, and automated testing Application security best practices and authentication mechanisms Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Experience in agile methodology tools - JIRA, Confluence, GITLAB What do we offer in return?
