Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to optimize room bookings, F&B venues, and conference space utilization to meet revenue targets.

- Make sales and telemarketing calls to engage prospective clients and secure business.
- Host potential clients during site inspections and entertainment activities, when appropriate.
- Collaborate with hotel operations and other departments to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales activity plans and reports to the Director of Sales.
- Represent the hotel at trade fairs, industry events, and workshops in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Business Development.
- Coach and train team members, conducting performance assessments as needed.
- Support the Director of Sales and Commercial Director with other delegated tasks.
- Requirement:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, particularly in the MICE sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Willingness to represent the hotel at events and engage in business development activities.
