Yard Laborer

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience. Preferably in a laborer type role
• The ability to stand outside throughout a 8 hr shift
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability and will to work in all weather conditions
• Experience running equipment is a plus (floor sweeper, scrubber, manlifts)

Additional Information

Garden City Sanitation, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety conscious Yard Laborer to join our team in Santa Clara, CA ! The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. The starting wage for this position is $36.37/hour. After 120 days of probation, the pay rate is $45.46/hour. Responsibilities Include: - Yard and facility maintenance including debris and oil spot clean up - Manual labor including landscaping and fence line maintenance - Pressure washing and storage management of carts - Picking up and sweeping wind blown trash - Various utility tasks as needed
