China - Senior 3D NAND Testing R&D Engineer (T)

About the role

Be responsible for NAND and its system's test solution design, assessment, development and maintenance, including hardware R/D, software development, embedded system development and data analysis. Be responsible for automatic test equipment validation, qualification, production environment setup, production maintenance and performance enhancement. Participate in new technology and product design and development. Be responsible for R&D test activities from pre-silicon to post-silicon and from wafer level to system level, including Design Validation, Engineering Evaluation, Qualification Support, Failure Analysis and test coverage improvement. Collaborate across geographies and departments (PE, MH, Device, Packaging, Firmware/System and Design) to develop and maintenance R&D and mass production test codes to meet requirement of both high quality and short development cycle. Be responsible for engineering investigation, failure mode analysis and test resolution on design/process/packaging issues. Coding experience with one or some of C/C++/Java/Perl/Python. Basic knowledge on storage & flash Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems, multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent English communication (written and verbal). Good teamwork, willingness to learn, logical thinking.
