Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional planning advice and technical support to obtain resource consents/approvals for our clients as part of a team of planners.
  • Engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to define scope, deliverables, and timelines, and then achieve these milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in planning (or equivalent).
  • Be a full or associate member of the New Zealand Planning Institute (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in New Zealand planning projects, specifically in the three waters' space.
  • Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to work as a team and mentor junior planners.
