Requirements

• Education / Professional Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Agribusiness, Economics, or a related field.
• Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred, especially with focus on Strategy, Operations, or Sustainability.
• Professional certifications are advantageous, e.g.
• P roject/Programme Management (PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP)
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or Operational Excellence certifications
• Change Management (e.g., Prosci)
• Sustainability/ESG-related certifications (desirable, but not mandatory)
• Professional Experience
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations, strategy deployment, transformation, or programme management - ideally within large, complex, asset-heavy industries (e.g., agriculture, plantations, manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics).
• At least 4 years in a senior leadership role, driving enterprise-level change or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional, cross-geography transformation programmes, including upstream & downstream operations.
• Demonstrated track record in aligning business units to strategic objectives and achieving measurable outcomes (financial, operational, and ESG-related).

Job Description: Strategy Blueprint Deployment Tracks & monitors the implementation of the Group's operational strategy. Monitor progress against defined KPIs, milestones, and strategic objectives. OneStream Integration & Programme Management Serve as the primary liaison for the integration of OneStream transformation initiatives across upstream and downstream functions. Initiate, facilitate, and track key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall transformation goals. Value Chain Coordination Collaborate across business units to synchronize transformation efforts and maximize synergies. Address project interdependencies, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Centre of Reporting Act as the nucleus for consolidated reporting on Group Transformation programmes. Analyze project performance, prepare executive-level dashboards and briefing materials, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
