Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed estimates for metal stud framing, drywall, and taping scopes of work

  • You're a disciplined operator who understands both the numbers and the work in the field. You take ownership of outcomes, communicate clearly with field teams, and maintain financial accountability from estimate through completion.
  • What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in framing, drywall, or interior systems
  • Strong experience estimating and managing project financial performance
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents independently
  • Understanding of labor productivity drivers and production-based planning
  • Strong collaboration with field leadership and project teams
  • Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Safety certifications (OSHA 10 or 30, First Aid/CPR) preferred

  • Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
