Quality Engineer

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Professional Experience & ISO 9001: 2 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or operational excellence, with a proven track record of supporting, maintaining, or implementing ISO 9001 certification projects.
• Technical Knowledge & Core Tools: Expertise in ISO 9001 standards, process mapping, document control, records management, auditing practices, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• SME Collaboration & Engineering Literacy: Demonstrated ability to work directly with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs-engineers, technicians, etc.) to extract procedural data, combined with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications.
• Data Analysis & KPI Management: Experience defining, monitoring, and analyzing quality/operational performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and drive data-backed continuous improvement initiatives
• Language: Able to read, write, and speak both Spanish and English fluently.
