  • Ensure business activities comply with Singapore laws, MOM regulations, employment standards, and company policies
  • Monitor contractual obligations and business risks, maintaining proper documentation and reporting for management review
  • Represent the company in commercial negotiations and business meetings within authorized limits
  • Recommend and approve business development initiatives and pricing structures within approved budgets
  • Required competencies and certifications
  • Proven track record in generating revenue growth and securing major corporate accounts
  • Experience managing teams and overseeing commercial operations
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, contract negotiation, and client relationship management
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Human Resources, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales management, account management, or corporate partnerships
  • Experience in the recruitment, staffing, employment agency, or manpower industry
