About the role

- 1 year contract (renewable) - $3,000-$5,000 - Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm but need to be ready 24/7 - Changi Naval Base (Shuttle bus service available at selected MRT station) Job Responsibilities: Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events. Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation. Perform as MAC first responder for any systems defects Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination Updating of PM/CM logs Any other duties/jobs assigned by supervisor.
